combobox in subforms

I am using a headform including a field called "Location" (and some details
about the location) and a subform containing of several fields including "
Location" and "Employee". The link between the headform and the subform is "
Location". In the subform a want to use a combobox to search for a any
specific employee regardless of location but this will only work with
employees who are registred at the location showed in the headform.
How can I solve this problem?
Best regards

The way you have it set up, you can only display employees for one location
at a time.
How do you propose to display an employee who is not at the location
currently selected in the main form?
Worse -
suppose an employee is associated with more than one location?
How would you display that?
