Jet40 and Oracle

I have problem with retriving data from Oracle 9i through ODBC.
I use Access XP on Windows 2000 with MDAC 2.8 and depending on version
of Jet40, I have following problems (I have installed my application
on several computers):

SP5
It's OK (but I can't find SP5 on MS).

SP6
Pass-Through query returns calculated columns (e.g. sum of two columns
or agregate function) with DOT as decimal seperator despite settings
in NLS_LANG (value in Windows registry) on client side to
POLISH_POLAND.EE8MSWIN1250. When column is not calculated - decimal
separator depends on country set in NLS_LANG.
(Decimal separator in Poland is a comma)

SP8
As above (SP6) and something extra:
I can't attach view from Oracle with calculated columns, when country
in NLS_LANG is set to POLAND. There is an error on calculated column.
It is possible to attach view, when country is set to AMERICA.

I have the same symptoms when variable TERRITORY in Oracle is set to
POLAND or AMERICA.
