Compile Problem

I have an A2000 mdb file that won't compile. I created a new mdb and
imported all tables etc. The new mdb compiled once or twice but has quit
compiling. There are no error messages and the compact and repair runs OK.
The mdb without any data is 3.6 meg.

Is there any way to locate what is causing it not to compile?

It may be unrelated but try turning off the "Track name auto correct" under
Tools/Options/General. Not sure if it will help but it did cause other
problems with A2000 database (performance degradation after modifying the
database objects).
