Changing the Gateway IPs

I installed solaris 2.5.7 OS on sparc machine I need to changed the GW...

How to do it some body can help me.

I just searched on Google and look at what I found:

To adjust the Gateways, you'll have to edit the file /etc/defaultrouter. More instructions here.

You can also change your default gateway on the fly. To do this, use the following commands in a terminal:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. cat /etc/defaultrouter              # to get the current default Gateway
  2. route delete default    # assuming is the current default Gateway
  3. route add default       # assuming is the new default Gateway
Hope that works for you.

By the way, I've renamed your thread slightly, so that it is clearer to the reader.
