Hi,

I came across this great project yesterday:

They have powerful tools for SWF generation, including librfxswf
library, with recently added Python interface (pyswf). This page
http://www.quiss.org/swftools/examples.html contains view examples of
pyswf usage.

Googling for python + swf doesn't return that one, hope this posting
will help :)
