Sorting a HybridDictionary Object

Hi all.

I have a class with inherits the HybridDictionary object and when i am
binding this to a datagrid for example using the "Values" object I want to
have some way of sorting the results. Would I use IEnumerator or ICompable?
Could some provide some examples in VB.NET

Public Class MyNewDictionary : Inherits HybridDictionary
DataSource = MyNewDictionary.Values

Thanks
Paul
