Visual Studio 2003 and Framework 2.0

I would like to know if is it possible to use Framework 2.0 from Visual
Studio 2003.

No. VS.Net 2003 is hardcoded to use .Net 1.1 and Vs.Net 2002 was hardcoded
to use .Net 1.0
