Screen Scraping from terminal Emulator to web page.

Hello, I am looking for someone who could point me in the right direction. I need to find a way to screen scrape from a terminal emulator into a web page. We currently run VB Macros on Excel to pull in the data into the Excel form. I would like to pull the data into a web page from the terminal emulator running on a client machine then push what I need into SQL. We do not have direct access to the current database so we can’t use a Host integration Server. We use vs.net C# for many web apps so that would be preferable. Any Ideas would be great.
Thanks
