Hey guys, here's my issue:
I'm running windows XP pro SP2 on my macbook pro, and during boring lectures / spare time I play counterstrike source.
The Steam icon sometimes drops from my taskbar, and ending the process and opening steam SOMETIMES doesn't fix it.
What DOES fix it is this file:
steam://support/?Issues=Background*

I got my problem from yesterday fixed. Looks like when you mouseover a link it will now bring up a preview of the article. My problem is now this, in IE the preview stays put and you can move your mouse to the bottom the the preview to read the whole article.
