I'm trying to expand my link system to do have multiple levels. The OAHU menu works but if you hover the mouse under "north shore" it freaks out.
Some of my coding is probably all screwed up.

I finally launched my site and it looks good on safari and firefox, however in Explorer some of the pages are wonky. It looks as if some of the classes are not properly applied. My html file links to my external style sheet when im working in dreamweaver, but when I preview in browser, no styles. When I view in dreamweaver live mode i see the body background-color and the divs are in place. but no borders. When I preview in firefox, no styles at all. I will provide the code. Hi Bytes Community,
My problem can best be described in steps my website visitors will go through:
Someone visits my webpage
They click a "browse" button that allows them to select a file from their own computer
Once they have selected a file, they click a "submit" button
The file is then sent to a single email address as an attachment
