Like, I know if several checkboxes have the same name, I can get the
ones that were checked after submit with a request.form("name") and
maybe do a split(request.form("name"),",") to cycle through them.
I tried the same thing with textfields (input type=text), but doesn't
seem to work the same.
Do they behave differently?

Is it possible in IE6+NS7 to center-align a div of fixed width which
itself contains elements which use "position: absolute"?
Using "margin-left: auto" and "margin-right: auto" works well to center
something, but the absolute-positioned contents of the outside layer
will be stuck to the left of the window...!
Thanks a lot!

Hi,
I know the noresize attribute will keep the user from resizing a
frame, but is there a way to keep a frame from being resized by the
browser (in response to things like different layouts/sizes on the
page)?
Basically I want my frame sizes to remain fixed no matter what
happens.

Hey all,
I have found two seperate HTML codes which claim to stop background
images from being tiled. Neither of them seem to be working. I'm
writing my codes in Textpad, and use Internet Explorer 6 for my
browser.
Below you will find the two codes I've found. Can anyone tell me why
the hell they're not working?! This is driving me...

Hello all,
am very frustrated because I can't get a simple table to display the same way in both browsers. It displays the way I want it to in Firefox but not in IE7 (Windows XP).
1) not sure if my doctype is correct- this is just a plain vanilla html page, so I used
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"...

I find that when I use list-style-image with galeon or mozilla,
padding is inserted between the symbol image and the following list
text, while under IE 5.0 it seems to be inserted before the image
instead of after it.
li.up {
list-style-image: url(../bin/arrow.png);
height: 1.4em;
margin-left: -0.4em;

I'm having difficulty getting the radio buttons to align vertically
with one another and the header (1 2 3 4 5) at the top. Ideally each
radio button will be directly below the one above it and the number 1
will be atop the first radio button starting at the left. Any
thoughts on how to achieve this?
