DB2 UDB v8.2 has a new tool ('db2diag') that helps you look for
problems in the db2diag.log. Of course you have to know what you're
looking for ... :-) But you could pretty easily use this in a script
to keep an eye on things and send mail when there's a problem.

Provides realtime monitoring & filtering of multiple files,
along with alerting and syntax highlighting to an X11 GUI.

We use it a lot to monitor activity among several different
DB2 instances on AIX. It's nice to be able to quickly
switch between several instances, AIX syslog, and peek across
to the Tomcat Catalina.log entries as well.

xlogmaster Doesnot have Windows Version, I use V8.1.5 on Windows 2003,
no db2diag -h yet....
Any other third party tools like BMC, Embarcdero, CA?
