Querystableadapter how to use it ???

Hi, I don't understand how to use the Querystableadapter.
I create it and added 1 query and 1 stored proc, but who i can acces those
from the Form1 ??
In Form1 i see only the Table from the dbSqlDataSet !
Please help me :)
