Just updated my Access 97 db front end to Access 2003. When I open my linked table manager, it's empty and I have several linked sql tables and access tables located elsewhere on the network. I've updated several of these db front ends and the linked table manager has always been populated... This last one isn;t. Any thoughts??

I currently have a query that calculates the avg job time it takes an employee to complete a job. I would like to rank the results. For example, if I have 5 employees that complete Job 1 I would want to give the employee with the fastest avg job time a ranking of 1. Any suggestions on how I would do this?? Thanks
