I want to build my app so that it sits in the system tray and then pops up
with calendar reminders with little windows like the way that MSN Messenger
shows you when you have a buddy that signed in or Norton AntiVirus
LiveUpdate lets you know when it is updated.

I want to use MS Messenger in order to show an alert on my local PC from my
VB.NET app (I don't want to use the Microsoft Alerts SDK, just de MS Alert
Popup window)
I think this is possible, because the Microsoft Alerts Preview Tool does it.
