No.
In fact you might want to keep it around for a while.
Projects that are created in 2002 are 'upgraded' when loaded into 2003 and
are then no longer backwards compatible.
I run vs 6, vs.2002 and vs.2003 on my workstation.

Hi,
I have Visual Studio .NET enterprise architect version
2002 installed on my PC.
Now I like to install Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise
Architect. Do I need to remove .NET 2002 first before
install .NET 2003 ?
thanks!
