MS Access VBA Password

43 32bit
Hello friends!
I am here again with the problem about MS Access VBA Password. I have lost my MS Access VBA Password. Is there any way to recover or remove it through VBA Code or macro not using any third party tool or software?

Hi Aftab.

Just to be clear, we are not in any way accusing you of trying to hack a database that you don't have rights to. Simply that, from our perspective, we need to be very sure before could provide any such information - even assuming we had the knowledge ourselves. From where we sit we only know that you're a member. We have no way of vetting members to ensure they can be trusted not to abuse such information.

If it did come to that stage then we would surely only provide such assistance via PM anyway, as this is not the type of information we feel it would be responsible of us to share generally.

Good Morning Aftab Ahmad

Depending on the version of Access you're talking about and at what level you've used the password - more than likely, you're out of luck.
We would need a lot more detail as to how your password is being used.

Adding to the previous answer, we have no means of knowing whether it really is your database or one that you have no access rights to.
Therefore we can only be very limited in any advice we provide.

Hi Aftab.

That's very good to know. It's shocking how many developers just assume they'll remember something like that in spite of time and other projects coming between setting it & needing it again.

You did the right thing to make a note of it.
