hresult _hr = raw_send(varbody) returning unsuccessful after date change

If I reset my system date to 29/11/2017, the request is not sent to the web server. Before 29th, i.e. 23,24,25,26,27 the request works properly and takes the proper update. May I know the reasons for its failure.
