Table representation

Hello I am trying to represent the table in the diagram with the following xml syntax but I am having issues. Anyone please help
How does one represent the "X" within the document that signify that the fruit is present within that supermarket.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <managedobject sheet="Association" workbookcolumn="Groceries "/>
  2.   <parameter name="Supermarket ID" type="table" sheet="Association">
  3.     <iterationRows workbookcolumn="Supermarket Name"/>
  4.     <iterationColumn workbookcolumn="Fruit"/>
  5.   </parameter>

e.g. the presence of a "fruit tag" inside a "supermarket tag" would work.
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <market name="SM name" id="SMID">
  2.     <fruit name="fruit 1"/>
  3.     <fruit name="fruit 4"/>
  4. </market>
