how to define a namespace my own?

first,i dont know how to open the xsd file.

xsd is a text file so you may open it in any text editor or you can use some dedicated tools like XML Spy (it is commercial).
To understand namespaces first i advise you to read some tutorials for example these wich are here www.w3schools.com. Read there XML tutorial and Schema tutorial (xsd is a schema file).
You can also read documentation at www.w3.org.
