conditional schema based on inner text

i am using w3schema, i need to know how it can be implemented.

xml can be of two types based on a node's (In_Out) innert text.
can be,
<root>
<In_Out>IN</In_Out>
<XX>...</XX>
<ZZ>....</ZZ>
</root>
or
<root>
<In_Out>OUT</In_Out>
<XX>...</XX>
<YY>....</YY>
</root>

thanks..
