Validating multiple XML files

Hi, I have a problem similar to this:

First xml file is a list of books:

books.xml:

<books>
<book id="1" ......
<book id="2" ......
<book id="3" ......
</ books>

Id is unique (xsd takes care of it)

And for every bookstore (files bookstore_1.xml, bookstore_2.xml ....) I have got xml file with a list of books that are available. Files look like this:

<bookstore>
<books>
<book id="1" .....
<book id="2" .....
</books>
</bookstore> .

Book store and book list xml files can be validated using the same xsd.

What I want to achieve is to check whether all books in book store exist on book list.

At first I thought that I could include books.xml file to book store xml file, and solve that issue with keyref's. But now I now that is't impossible.

Is there any way to do it? Or what can I do ?

Thanks !
