XML Hyper link problem

Hi
is any body know how to create the hyper link with following code i can't do it ?

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
<images>
<pic>
<image>img/1.jpg</image>
<logo></logo>
? ? ? <WEBSITE>http://www.domæne.dk</WEBSITE> ? ? ?
<details>Weeknights at 8pm</details>
</pic>
</images>

What are you using to process your xml?
Flash? javascript? XML? DOM?

Basically, where are you feeding the xml into?
