how to read .RDF file?

plz give me example of reading .RDF file

language? purpose?

It is more than likely your rdf file is not a worldwide standard. We'd have to see the format of the file.

do we get uml like diagrams in output from reading .rdf file?

i've seen such example on internet but unable to run this file
