how to cal xml in to html

Morning sir
This is narotham i am working as a webdisigner.
I am getting one problem when i am working xml
I want to give a link html to xml
I have scripts
I need to know where i save that scripts and how to give a link to that
html to xml
plz give me with example and clearly
