Elaborate on what you are doing, please. Is this a form applet? If so, are Vote1Choose and Vote2Choose combo boxes with 7 options respectively, or are each of Top1, Top2, etc.. a seperate text field?

What do you mean by an xml file with this information?
?Like :
<MenuOptions>
<Help Title="Help">
<option>bla</option>
<option>bla</option>
</Help>
<Vote1 Title="Vote Top">
<option>top1</option>
<option>top2</option>
<option>top3</option>
...
