my code is

</xsl:for-each>

or

<xsl:for-each select="TestsComponent/*[namespace-uri()='http://www.test/xhtml' and local-name()='body']"> <p><xsl:value-of select="p"/></p>
</xsl:for-each>

in both cases is there any way i can skip first p (paragraph) to be read??

<xsl:if test="position() != 1"><xsl:copy-of select="p"/></xsl:if>
</xsl:for-each>

The main change is the if clause, everything else is just an attempt to pretty up the code.
