command line in xsl???

Hi this might be a very stupid question.
I was wondering if I can somehow have a Unix command line in my XSL file?
If this is possible, can someone please give me an example of how this could be done...

The reason why I want to have a command line is because we usually create a new html file from the command line since the address must be generated from the server. Now in my main html page, I want to have hyperlinks which are themselves other XSL stylesheets. Now is there a way for me to create a hyperlink that uses an XSL file?

I hope my question is understandable...
