How can I define a table in xsl?

Is it possible to define a table in XSL?

I want a table with this format

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.
  2. Quantity : <Quantity Value will be entered>
  3. Price     :  <Price will be entered >
  4.
  5.
So I need to define a table with 2 rows and 2 cols?

Is this possible in xsl versiobn 1.0?

The table should let users enter quantity and price.
