How to Define a Namespace Prefix in a C# Web Reference for a SOAP Header

I need to code my SOAP Header to have a prefix for the SOAP Header namespace.

The server I communicate sends replies with the SOAP Header namespace and xml tags qualified with a prefix and the deserializer wont recognize the prefix.

All examples I can find of declaring the Namespace do not show how to declare with an explicit prefix.

Thanks
Ken Newman
