How to write using xmlTextWriter

I am trying to write xml file containing


<MemberName>
<xNL:NameElement xNL:ElementType="Title">Mr.</xNL:NameElement>
<xNL:NameElement xNL:ElementType="FirstName">Freddy</xNL:NameElement>
<xNL:NameElement xNL:ElementType="LastName">Krueger</xNL:NameElement>
</MemberName>

How can I do it?
