Problem with JavaScript operators in XSLT

Hi.. 2 all
How can I make XSLT processor recognise and tolerate JavaScripts operators such as ( < , >, <=, >=, &&). Placing all Javascript code between <![CDATA[and ]]> make this code is inactive.

Replace
< by &lt;
> by &gt;
&& by &amp;&amp;
