How to insert using XQueryUtil.update .....please

Hello Sir

We are having a problem in xml insertion using nux package
please help us we are in pressure..

String aromatic =String.valueOf(ring);
XQueryUtil.update(doc5,"//Molecule/RingSystem/Cyclicity,"aromatic");

Using the above update statement we are inserting in a file and then serialising it. But we are not getting the expected result...
ie.
<Molecule>
<RingSystem>
<Cyclicity>value of aromatic</Cyclicity>
</RingSystem>
</Molecule>

we tried all these ways.....

XQueryUtil.update(doc5,"//Molecule/RingSystem/Cyclicity,"aromatic");
XQueryUtil.update(doc5,"//Molecule/RingSystem/Cyclicity,aromatic);

it is inserting only if we gave an integer value as a string ......

XQueryUtil.update(doc5,"//Molecule/RingSystem/Cyclicity,"123");
the result of the above query is ....
<Molecule>
<RingSystem>
<Cyclicity>123</Cyclicity>
</RingSystem>
</Molecule>

Do the closing quotes are missing for the second param?
Try this:

XQueryUtil.update(doc5,"//Molecule/RingSystem/Cyclicity",aromatic);
