AXIS SOAP WSDL Lotus Approach

I have a small db built with Lotus Approach that polls servers and catalogs the responses. I have now run into one that uses a Web Service for the data I desire. Below is the WSDL file along with the code I am using in Lotus. Part 2 is my Soap request as my post was to large.

The WSDL file from the server is https://www.odfl.com/RateWeb/services/RateEstimate?wsdl

wouldn't let me post it here. To many img's? I have removed all except the very top and the close tag of the soap request. To many img's?

My soap request is:

POST https://www.odfl.com:443/RateWeb/services/RateEstimate HTTP/1.0
Host: www.odfl.com
Content-Type: text/xml
Content-Length: 2460
SOAPAction: ""

?xml version='1.0'?
SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/' xmlns:SOAP-ENC='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/' xmlns:impl='http://rateestimate.ws.odfl.com' xmlns:intf='http://rateestimate.ws.odfl.com' xmlns:wsdl='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/' xmlns:wsdlsoap='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/' xmlns:xsd='http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema' xmlns:xsi='http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance'
SOAP-ENV:Body
ns1:calculateRate xmlns:ns1='http://rateestimate.ws.odfl.com'
...
/SOAP-ENV:Envelope

When I post to the server using this code:

Dim xml
Dim http

Set xml = CreateObject("MSXML2.DOMDocument")
xml= soap_request_listed_above

Set http = CreateObject("Microsoft.XMLHTTP")
http.open "POST", "https://www.odfl.com:443/RateWeb/services/RateEstimate"
http.send xml
While http.readyState <> 4
Wend
Msgbox http.responseText, , "Output SOAP Message"

I get "no soap action" & "no soap header" error messages. Any ideas?
