Silverlight App running in Silverlight 3 but not Silverlight 4

Hi,

I have encountered an issue today. I have a application which was originally developer using Visual Web Developer Express 2010 and Silverlight 4. I also had Silverlight 3 installed on my development PC. I have previously tested switching between 3 and 4 in the properties page and had no trouble running the app.

Today.. I installed a full version of VS2010 Professional. I re-installed Silverlight 3 and 4 as well.

The Application decided that it will no longer work in Silverlight 4. No settings were changed. The aspx page which hosts the Silverlight .xap file comes up fine but the Silverlight logo just keeps spinning or sometimes does not come up at all.

To eliminate that this is a Silverlight version issue or bad installation, I took another application and it builds fine in Silverlight 3 and 4.

I suspect that somewhere, in my "problematic" application, a config setting or a library changed.

Has anyone else had a issue like this?
