getting a download for: .NET Framework v2.0.50727

Hello friends
I'm a comp-newcomer and please take my appologize because I cannot offer much technical help.

First I need a help -please!!!

How can I get and download - .Net Framework v2.0.50727- because when I start my laptop I'm getting the message

Laptop: MEDION AKOYA E7220
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

I'll be so thankful for your help (please in simple language )

If you did try that, and it did not work, please give details about what was not working....

go to control panel the click search at the far right corner then search for windows features you will see it then click on it and update PAP!
