Hide the address bar in IE10 (desktop version)

For a work project, I have to take screenshots of a certain website in Internet Explorer and in those the address and tab bar is supposed to be hidden while the windows is not maximised. (So, no presentation mode either.) I have IE10 installed (desktop version, this is on Windows 7) and can't for the life of me find a way to hide it without presentation mode.
Now, I'd much rather use another browser but this is not an option. Downloading and installing an older version of IE might be possible if it's easier there.

Oh, if this were possible as a command line option or something of the sort, that would be awesome. If not, I can live with it.

So, any ideas anyone?
