i can't see folder option in control panel in my windows 7

i m using windows 7 64 bit... and i have problem for some day.. i can't see folder option in control panel.. plz help me

When you're in a directory and click on "Organize" (top left, beneath the back and forward buttons) there should be a button for folder options. Does that work?

try tune up utilities it have options to fix errors like folder option is not available or recyle bin not showing properly.

If you have Category view, it should be under Appearance and Personalization.
If you still not able to find it, you might have limited access.

START->CONTROL PANEL->view by:small icons(TOP right corner of window)
