Freezing after change motherboard

Hi, recently changed motherboard on my sony vaio
And it started randomly freeze , need to hold power button
To restart sometimes 2-3 h ok somtimes 2 min after switcb it on
Think starts freezing when try to type on keyboard , any idea what
Can cause the problem ?

It could be any number of things.

If you changed the motherboard, that means you had to remove the heat sink and processor. Did you reapply thermal compound?

And did you make sure the new motherboard accepts the same memory standard that you were using?

And did you boot into safe mode first to install the motherboard drivers?

And did you make sure the old power supply can handle the new load of the motherboard?
