Windows Help and Support will not start

When I attempt to use, "BOX APPEARS SAYING HELP AND SUPPORT WILL NOT START'. No reason is given. PLEASE, DIRECT ME TO SOLUTION. TNX, Bernard

You need to post the exact error message including the number. We will also need to know which version of windows you are using and the service pack revision level.

Please do not YELL at us by using un-needed capital letters or other formatting.
