do you think it's possible to format a hard drive in computer number 1 and then when you finish installing the OS, use the hard drive in computer number 2, btw different computer model?

The simple answer is NO. When you install a OS on a pc The Os installs drivers for the chip set on the Mother board. The only work around is if both PC's have exactly the same Chip set ( Mother board and CPU then you can move the hard drive between the two boxes with out Repairing or re-installing the Os on the Hard Drive.
