Windows 7 corrupted frequently

hello .... friends...
from last 2 weeks my pc's windows-7 has been corrupted every 2 or 3 days. As i installed it, only 2 days it works properly and on next day it will goes corrupted or displaying only black color screen. not any program or startup of windows display.

please give me some ideas... .

Maybe try doing a refragment on your Hard disk. It seems you may have some bad sectors on the disk. Try this first. The only other two things i can see causing this would either be 1) corrupt version of an OS. Or a bad hard disk that is corrupting your OS version
