Need to be able to see Cousin's computer screen

1
Hi, I'm in NY and my cousin is in another state. I need to be able to see his computer screen, from my computer in order to help him do some work on his computer. I know there is a program, which would allow me to have control of his mouse and keypad, so I could show him how to do things on his computer from my home. I can't get to his house in a week, which is when he needs the help, so I wanted to do it from my home. I'm using Windows XP Professional and he is on Windows 7 Home Edition.

You can share a screen via the web using join.me
The first person starts this and sees an identification number on his screen,
The person who wants to view should enter the nummber that is shown on the 'host' computer..

The basic-version is even free ;)
