looking for voip / local line gateway

hi,
i looking for a solution for make calls with a local phone line and a voip sip. ( i donīt know the technical names)
i want use 5 phones and only one will receive the calls from outside ( phone line)
and redirect to each one.
All phones must call from inside the network with all 5 phones and outside too
using the voip sip and phone line.
If the phone / gateway can choose between voip and local line depending the prefix number will be great.
Any one know what products can do this?
i have contact the Grandstream but i found some time issue and they canīt help me.
thanks for your help

:)
