Add Domain User without the Domain

Hi all,

Is it possible to add a Domain account to a local administrator group? When the PC is not connected and added to the domain?

I am searching the web for a while but cannot find anything useful. I don’t know how Microsoft is doing this, with the MS Deployment Workbench, but they can do it.

It’s a Windows 7 x64bit system.

Hope to hear something soon of you all,
Thanks a lot
