"exception has been thrown by the target of an invocaton"

when I run a SQL application on a PC -in a local network-and try to open a report in the program(through crystal report) ,the message"exception has been thrown by the target of an invocaton" appears , note that the (*.dll) files are ic C: part. put when I run the same program but the (*.dll) files are in the D: part. no messages appears and the program run without any problems and i could open the reports, why? and how could I run the program in C: part. and open reports without this message???
