How to fix error? memory at 0x3c51818 could not be read

everytime i shutdown my Computer the following error message is displayed: the instruction at 0x7750cdbd refrenced memory at 0x3c51818 could not be read...
Any solution...thx

  1. What version of Windows are you using?
  2. What were you doing before this happened the first time?
  3. Do you have virus protection, if so what is it?
  4. Do you have an anti-spyware program on your computer?
  5. Is your firewall turned on?
  6. Does the error give you any options; or does it simply state the error and continue shutdown?

You just aren't giving enough information.
