Windows guest OS won't launch after one use in VMWare

My operating system is Windows 7, and there are 2 harddisks. I installed VMware Workstation with Windows 7, Windows Vista, and server 2003. But I just can use each Windows operating system one time, and next time,the operating system I used last time cannot be used. I don't know the reason. Please help me!

What's the exact error message you get when you try to launch the virtual OS again?

I don't remember the exact information. It generally says operating system not exist.
