To run webpage locally what are the softwares along with license required

Hi,

I'm working in an MNC company. At our site 50+ employees are working. Now our HR department wants to develop a website which should be run locally at our site (intranet) regarding information to employees, leave, PF, vacations, events & so on.

I can develop the webpage as per our company requirement using SQL & VS.Net. But the thing I'm getting confuse is License.

I request all you to please suggest me
1. what are the things required to run web site within local intranet.
2. How many licenses should I purchase for SQL, Windows Server, VS.net & whatever software(s) requierd.
3. Should I purchase IIS also..?

Please help me.
