Vista, XP Network Issues

135 100+
I have 2 computers on a linksys router. One is a Dell Insperon 1525 laptop running Win Home Vista Premium and the other is an Acer Aspire REVO R1600 nettop running Win XP Home. I have setup both my comps so that they both have the same workgroup name. I can see each off my computers in the "View Worgroup Computers" section of my network. The problem is sharing from the Vista to the XP. If I share my music folder on Vista it will show up as a shared connection in XP but I can't open it. It tells me access is denied and I need to contact my administrator. I have tried configuring Vista's share settings and making sure I have a user account with the same name and password on each computer. Still no dice. I also tried all the help info I could find through an internet search... Has anyone had this problem? Or has anyone found a solution? Short of using the "Public" folder in vista is there another way?

Thanks
